my trunk don't close now ?

my 96 sts trunk would'nt open by the button, so i opened it by the key, now it will not shut ? can anyone help me out, can't find fuse for it, were would that be ? ty jay !

i had that problem your probably going to need to get a new trunk switch its 20 bucks at dealer ship its easy to install just to screws with a allen wrench it controls the release and the lever from going up . there r 3 fuse boxes 1 under the hood 2 in the car on the driver side u have to open the door to get to it 3 in the trunk on the left side by the tank release
