96 civic - 00 si front end conversion

When you swap to the 00 civic front end conversion from the 96 civic do you need to swap to 00 civic fenders or can you use the 96 civic fenders with the 00 civic front bumper and headlights? Sorry if this question sounds nooby.

you need the whole entire front end swapped out.
