my car is being weird

its a 1991 camero(v6 automatic)(full injected) it runs great but when i press the brake the car stalls and it will do this at any rpm .i've been told that it could be a wire shorting out or a vacum problem,i dont no, please help me,thanks.

thank you i got my camaro workin im so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it turns out that i was shorting out one of the wires by the brake pedal

Do you have some kind of after market remote start on it? On my Buick, that I had one installed on, if the ignition switch isn't in run and the brake pedal is pushed it kills the motor. Just a thought, other thatn that then I 'd really be looking into the brake booster and vacuum feed.

Take off kick pannel on the drivers side, there are two switches that sense when the break is pressed. One is for the break lights, the other is for the cruise control and the TCC. Make shure those are aligned properly and are not jammed.
Also look for any damaged wiring while you are in there...never know what you might find...
