PLEASE, everyone, please use the uploader instead of the file attachment feature. It works so much better.

heres a neat trick works well with knicks too
if you sprayed the model and you still have paint spray some in the cap and use a very small brush and paint over the messed up area

Looking great! Pearl adds a realistic touch.

BTW, I thought the S2000 had D-shaped steering wheels...or was that the NSX?

Only the S2000 Type V has that D-shaped steering wheel. (On the bottom, flat part of the wheel is the VGS (variable gear steering) logo.

This has just made me realize that Tamiya didn't include the "Type V" badge in the kit.

So the S2000 Type V has variable gear steering? Any NSX's with VGS too? I remember reading about that at Zigzag Asia's S2000 section

No, not per se, but I do believe the NSX uses steering-by-wire, as well as throttle-by-wire, meaning there is no physical connection in those systems; it's all electronically controlled for more precision and better response. As I understand it, the S2000 it the test-horse for VGS. The DualNote Concept, which may be the predecessor to the next generation NSX was shown with the VGS system installed, although without the D-shaped steering wheel.

Also, the Bulldog concept... Not exactly D-shaped, either...
