i need to know how to make a custom box for my 2003 cavalier so it fits between the two pillars in the trunk pics help

The easiest way is to get some cardboard, poster board, scissors, and tape and start cutting the pieces to an exact fit in the area you want to use and basically make a cardboard make up of the box and then use those pieces as a template on the mdf.
