Outdoor Photos

As it was such a nice day today thought I'd have a go at taking some outdoor pics of a couple of Subarus that I have completed of late.

Quite surprised how much better the great outdoors is for photos of models, given a bit of thought on the choice of background scenery.

Re: Outdoor Photos

Marco,

I love the pics, very nice photography - the low down shots look extremely life like. Could I ask though, what is the reflective base your using? is it simply a mirror?

thanks Sean

Thanks for the comments all. Sean, the reflective base was simply the roof of my 'never waxed in its lifetime', 3 years old black Peugeot 406. Looks much cleaner on the photos than in real life.

Photos were taken using our old faithful Olympus compact digi camera on full auto. After being pleased with these pics I may have a go next time with my Canon digital SLR and see how that goes. But then again it's more likely to show up the 'not too good' bits of my building skills....
