1990 C1500 No Power to Fuel Pump

I am new to the forums and have searched this topic, but I could not nail down a specific problem.

I just put a new Delco fuel pump in a 1990 C1500 5.7 L. The problem is I am getting no power to the pump. The purple wire in the fuel pump harness has power, but nothing to the grey wire. I checked at the fuel pump relay and fuse on the firewall, and it appears that I am not getting power to these either. If I pour gas in the throttle body the engine will fire right up.

What would be the next thing to check.

Thanks for helping.

Welcome to AF on your first post.

The orange wire at fuel pump relay feed several things.
Check the fuse links.
I show a gray fuse link that feeds power to it.

MT 2500,

Thanks for the advice. The fuse link was bad and not allowing power to the fuel pump or the injectors. Thanks again.
