help, pronto!!

calling all p10 owners!!

my frontspoiler got dented some weeks ago, and I got the car back today from the bodyshop.
now, the spoiler is repainted but it doesn't look like they fixed the dent at all...

so fellow primera/g20 (ab)users: could you check your cars if the bumper is supposed to be
curved like on the picture, or is it supposed to be straight between the markings?

I need your help as soon as possible: they can take the car back and fix it tomorrow, but I must
call them in the morning so I can get a loaner directly...

are you all with me?

thanks in advance!

The USDM bumper cover is curved there. I cannot tell you about yours since it is different from ours.

I have a question though......

Is the lower lip part of the bumper cover or is it attached?

I need a new bumper cover because "Paul Tracy" :jump: in a Honduh Del Slo came up along side me in the right lane and decided he not only wanted to turn left, but wanted the very same piece of road I was on. BANG. The damage was minimal, but I will need a new bumper cover and would like one like yours if the lip is part of the cover. Can you get me a price from your dealer? If the lip is an attachment, can you get me a price on that?

Don't make a special trip, but if you could let me know, I'd appreciate it.

it's no lip. the bumper is stock. there is an optional lip from nissan and it looks like this (picture below). get the quote tomorrow (check the classifieds then).

the rest of you, looking for eurolights, the prices for that will also be posted...

so the bumper is curved, ok...

you can still see where the other guy hit me, and it shouldn't be like that when they repair the bumper, so I was thinking maybe mold my bumper to this instead:

Thanks for the quick response!

I'm not interested in the optional lip. I am interested in the bumper cover itself. The USDM bumper is not as deep at the bottom. If it's not too much trouble, if there is a foam insert into the back of it, could you get me a part number and a price on it as well. I'm not sure about fitment of that bumper and it might require a different foam insert than the USDM bumper cover. If you can get the part number of the foam, I have a US fiche I can check it against.

p10det> thanks! I feel the same for you...

after carefully reviewing the brochure an extra couple of times, it seems that the lip is part of the bumper,
and not an attached lip as said earlier... will call nissan tomorrow to see whats right...
