Question How should I tune my supercharged civic?

I blew my last motor most likely due to not getting my car dyno-tuned. Now more than $3000 in damage later....... I need to tune my motor, etc, so it won't happen again. Should I buy apex safc, or reprogramed hondata unit sold on jacksonracing.com, or greddy e-manage? I have a 94 ex civic(d16z6)--11 psi pulley upgrade on the JRSC. I'm getting cooler spark plugs(maybe cooler thermostat) right now, I know that helps cooling down cumbustion chamber temps. on these jrsc units
