96 civic hatchback rear brake conversion
Hey, i have a 96 civic hatchback and wanted to get rid of them drum brakes. I was thinking of getting some integra rear brakes to do the conversion but i don't really know if they'll fit. Can anyone tell me what is the best rear brake conversion to do on a 96 civic and what parts do i need to complete the whole brake conversion? Thanks.

Re: 96 civic hatchback rear brake conversion
The integra rear brakes will fit. Also, Civic SI rear brakes will fit (but tegs are easier to find). Try searching past threads on this forum, this subject has been covered several times before & you'll find a lot of info.
Some of the major parts include (aside from rotors & calipers) larger diameter brake lines, a larger master (the same one the integra has), and possibly a new parking brake cable. Search for all the exact info. |
