93 si check engine light issue
i have a 93 si with d16z6 motor short shifter, intake and 17x7 wheels my cv joints are going bad and im waiting for the dealer i got the car off of to send in his paperwork for my 3 month warranty to get them fixed but could they be the cause of the problem for my check engine light comming on when i turn right it will come on but left it will either not be on or turn off sometimes when i go straight it will flash on and off and it didnt do this before my cv issue could it be the problem or possibly a bad sensor somewhere? ive noticed when i turn the car off and the lights still on when i start the car up it will be on for a while then shut off. and also its seems to only do it on cloudy days when its going to rain or did earlier.I dont drive on extremely wet roads or in the rain because my tires are in sad shape till this week when i get my g-forces. I thought it could be my intake sucking up to much moisture but that wouldnt explain y it does it when i turn. any thoughts on the matter or things to looks for would be great.

Re: 93 si check engine light issue
okay I have a check engine light on my car.. and I took it to one of my friends who works on cars and he said that it might be the distributor.. we did the jump to see what cel code I got and I got 9... any ideas if it is something besides the distributor?

Re: 93 si check engine light issue
did you look on the list that is on the link I posted to check and see what it is? 9/10 times if it says distributor, it's your ignition coil.
