Electrical Schematics? 97 Lesabre

Had a question about the turn signal circuit. 1 B if I remember correctly 20A. Keeps blowing on my mothers car but sometimes will take a while to pop. I'm assuming a ground short somewhere, but cant find a schematic anywhere online for that circuit. I found a few (30 pages or so on a .pdf) somewhere and it was mostly ECM controlled things.. eg injectors, sensors.. blah blah. Couldnt find anything from the interior fuse panel going out. Any and all help appreciated, thanks for your time.
