Performance exhausts

I am planning on putting some money into making my Dakota a mean machine. I've heard Airaid is a trustworthy brand for air intake. My next expenditure will be exhaust. I only plan on getting a cat-back system and I would like to know what reasonable (no borla or custom jobs) exhausts work best on these trucks. I have the 3.9l and plan on doing a single outlet, to keep it easy to install and maintain backpressure.
So my real question is, If anyone has opinions on magnaflow, flowmaster, Gibson, or Pace Setter Cat-Back exhausts, I would like to know them. Difference in both sound and performance would be wonderful. Thank you.

Re: Performance exhausts

I am becoming more confident that Magnaflow is the right system for me. Ensured performance, sound, Mario Andretti does a sweet commercial, lifetime warranty, and my friend has one. I'm excited to get it thanks for the advice.

Re: Performance exhausts

My 3.9 isn't quiet enough. I hate the sound it makes.

Re: Performance exhausts

I should be ready to order my Airaid CIA and Catback (Gibson or Magnaflow) after I get my next paycheck

Any last suggestions would be grand.

Re: Performance exhausts

For sure, I'm getting the Magnaflow single outlet, stainless pipe! If there's anywhere specific I should order besides SummitRacing.com that I could get it cheaper, LET ME KNOW!

Re: Performance exhausts

Stay away from cat back systems, almost never do they just go into place. I go to summit racing all the time. its only 30 min from me. Borla and Magnaflow are great mufflers. Magnaflow is not as loud as borla, but its what you are looking for.
