need location of a sensor

There are threads here about the oil pressure sending unit on my 2001 Sebring 2.7 engine. but none say where the unit is and how to get to it. Could someone point me in the right direction to find the heat shield and sensor? If you have personally replaced yours, can it be changed with the car on jack stands? Is it near the oil filter?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Harry

Re: need location of a sensor

Took me a couple hours to change the sensor. Had the car up on jackstand and with patience got the job done.
Thanks again.
