Question exaust

would a exuast system out of a colbalt SS fit on a colbalt lt with a 2.2. the reason I am asking cause there is one at salvage at there gonna give me a good deal on it if it fits. that what I kneeded to know. and the gears on the colbalt could have been lower set. i wish when you were doing 100 kph i wish the tach was at 1700 rpm, cause it a gas guzzler at 2450 rpm.
