i have a 99 olds intrigue gls 40,000 miles lights flicker little antifreeze on garage floor, dies when you start,front turn light housing burnt, struts broke,passanger rear regulator broke,fan makes skreech when started,no service lights come on please help where do i begin what part# do i use

First - Go to Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts and borrow a code scanner and write down the codes it gives you. They loan them out for free and you can do it in the parking lot. The connector is to the left of the center console.

Antifreeze on Garage Floor - CHECK THE LEVEL & KEEP IT FULL! If you let the antifreeze get low, air will get into the system and MORE SEVERE problems will occurr. Sounds like a head gasket. Try to pinpoint the leak location.
Dies When You Start - Sounds stupid, but check you battery and it's connections for a good connection & that the battery isn't sulfating (white powder on connections &/or cables). Also change the fuel filter for good measure. (Age related)
Flickering lights - known problem w/ early design alternators. The fix is a second design alternator $$$ !
Passenger Rear Regulator Broke - Ebay, they are always there or local parts yard.
Fan Makes Screech When Started - Actually it is the secondary air pump under the air filter. It usually stops after 60-90 seconds? that's it. Check for a blocked intake hose for it.
Struts Broke - Suspension, trunk or hood struts?
Front Turn Headlight Housing Burnt - Is this the front center turn signals that are also the daytime running lights? And which side (Driver or passenger) The orange reflectors on the side are just that, there is no front side turn signals, just the front side reflectors.
