96 jetta. Buzzing Hazard switch

The red Hazzard button on top of the steering shaft is buzzing and the left turn signal flashes without being on. If I move the switch around I can get the buzzing to stop and the signal to go off but it keeps happening. Is the switch itself bad? If so how do you replace and where do you get the part?

Can anyone tell me anything about this switch? Is it integrated with the whole turnsignal/wiper module? Do I need to remove the steering wheel to replace? Any help appreciated.
