How much should it cost to replace radiator mounts and get alignment?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a civic that was in a minor wreck. The seller says the radiator is good, but needs new radiator mounts. The quote he got was $150 for parts, and $1400 for labor!

That seems way too high- maybe he got the quote at a honda dealership? Can you guys tell me how much this should cost, and if it's something I can do myself?

Here's the car- damage doesn't look bad at all. Also how much does alignment on this car generally cost? Thanks!

They are probably talking about the radiator support. Yes, it is a pain in the ass to put in a new radiator support. $1500 sounds about right for the dealer to do that.
