Head Gasket Replacement

Any chance of getting a step by step tutorial on head gasket replacement for a 93 3.8L? I just bought a new car, but don't want to get rid of my bird. I figured this would be a fun project to engage in, and this way I won't be pressed for time. I think Im actually going to replace the cylinder heads completely while im at it, or just recondition my current ones. I do need help tho, if anyone's interested. Thanks for any direction!

Re: Head Gasket Replacement

Got one, thanks. I just hate how it says "step number one: refer to chapter 4, 6 and 9. stept 2: refer to chapter 4, section 3., etc" I understand why it does this, but it's somewhat confusing. Oh well, I'll figure it out. I was just hoping that someone might have some more useful info - like how to remove the plenum/throttle body assembly. My haynes manual isn't too clear on that. Anyhow...thanks

Re: Head Gasket Replacement

Throw that Haynes manual away and see my post in the tech help thread on where to buy a factory shop manual.
