I was driving home tonight with a friend of mine following me in his 96 ford f 150 extended cab pickup. We were driving on a 2 lane highway out in the middle of no where when he decides to race me. He rips out into the passing lane. I wait until his rear fender is at my door and then gun it. My truck hesitates at first and then kicks down out of overdrive. It stop his pulling really quick, and by the time i hit overdrive again he had fallen back to my rear bumper where he hung their until about 90 and backed off. It wasnt much of a race but it is the most action i have seen in a long time. His truck is a 351 with duel exhaust, and my truck is a 89 chevy longbed 350 with a fresh tune up and a flowmaster exhaust.
