Emergency brake

1994 mustang, standard transmission. I changed brakes on it and all works well but the e-brake doesnt. How can I set it up so it grabs, thanks.

Do you have a repair manual that shows how to adjust the parking brake?
autozone.com may have a free guide for you if you don't have a manual.
