Re: No overdrive 91 integra?

Huh? What do you mean it doesn't engage the transmission? When you are driving, I assume you mean that it will not shift into overdrive. (car will only shift twice, not three times) Is this what you are trying to say? drive the car with the button off, when you start moving you are in first gear obviously. Now count how many times the car shifts, (it should only shift twice, which would put you in 3rd gear) Then stop the car, press the overdrive button on, start driving, AND count the amount of times the car shifts, if it shifts 3 times, your overdrive works. When you are doing this, make sure you are going for a long enough drive to get up to speed (100-110 kms/hour, and don't be roasting it to get it there) your third shift should take place once you are up to speed and you are kinda easing off the fuel (but still keeping up to speed) I replied to your other post about your brakes, fix them first, because, believe it or not, they may be directly involved in causing this problem. As I have mentioned in your other post, my g/f's car has the same problem, but ever since the booster gave out, it has affected the cars idling. when she pumps up the brakes and gets that little bit of pressure, the car idles beautifully, when the brakes lose that bit of pressure and go to the floor, the car idles up and down awfully bad. This may not be the cause of your problem (if you even have an overdrive problem, which I'm not sure of because I don"t completely understand your question) but I would fix your brakes first.
