Coolant and hesitation problem HELP!!

here goes i got a 91 talon tsi awd from a friend. when i got it the timing belt skipped a tooth and bent 3 valves. he took the head off and brung it to an engine shop and had new valves and seals put in. we put the head back onhooked everything up got it running( i had a shop do the timing) and now coolant is dissappearing, its not blowing white smoke and it is not leaking anywheres as far as i know. the other problem is when i take off in low rpm's it bucks like a sob and flatens out as i accelerate. the things that i see wrong with it are the brown sensor on the TB makes a clicking noise so that could be shot, the TB itself doesnt have that arm on it that goes to the cam angle sensor, and the cam angle sensor itself i dont think is adjusted right, the idle surges too it but all the vaccum lines are hooked up right because we labeled them before we took them off. i am stumped any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that you got the timing 100% perfect when you put the timing belt back on?

Also if the CAS isn't setup right the car will run like crap, you need to get that set...isn't really hard to do.

that ticking "comming from that brown connector" isn't comming from that brown connector. Its most likely lifter tick. A lot of DSMs do this. Its not really a HUGE deal that it does this.
Im with gt... it sounds like they didn't set your timing correctly... even one tooth can cause this problem.

How fast is the coolant disappearing? Are positive that when you fill it that it is really FILLED all the way up? Cause after the car is ran theres alot of places that the fluid needs to go which takes up alot of coolant, but maybe you just haven't had it all the way filled?
