Any idea why my 99 CV would start displaying the wrong outside temp? Where is the sensor located?

my 92 does the same thing im trying to find the scensor to clean it or replace it

I had the sames problem with my 92 marquis, The problem was a bad connection in the back of the instrument cluster. It first started acting up when I had the A/C running and shorly after if give me a -40 reading.
