Recommend or Not???

I'm looking into purchasing a used 2002 Ford Focus 5 dr, fully loaded, 78,000 km, $10,000 would like to know if people would recommend this car or not? I know absolutely nothing about cars and I seem to always get stuck with lemons any help would be greatly appreciated.

The value for that car is around $8,600 Its a good car.
