Radio-Battery Drain

I have an aftermarket radio in my 1998 Windstar Limited along with a premium sound system. I also have the original Ford factory 6 CD player that was installed under the passenger's seat. I have been getting a battery drain from the radio fuse. This drains the battery dead every 3 days. When I pull the radio fuse the problem is gone. I'm thinking the problem might be coming from the cd player which no longer works but still has power going to it. Is there a way to disable the power going to the cd player ? The wiring to the CD player also goes to the radio and to the amplifier that powers the premium sound system . It appears that the front passenger seat has to come out to get to the cd player. Any help is appreciated !
