2000 Deville Keyless Remote

hi all, i have just bought a 2000 Cadillac Deville , i got the #1 remote and the #2 remote, the # 1 remote works fine and the # 2 remote need to be programmed, can anyone tell me how............???????HELP!HELP!HELP!HELP!

2000 deville can only be programmed using dianostic equipment
check your battery in 2nd remote

Hold the lock and unlock buttons down for 8-10 seconds--until the lights flash and the horn beeps. That should resynch your remote.

new to the AF, but saw your post. I had to buy two remotes for my '02, got them on Ebay cheap. Local locksmith programmed the two to the car for $35.
