Spark plug install

pretty simple question to you all that messes with VW's...

got a 00 jetta 2.0

So are you suppose to take the top part of the damn intake manifold of to even get to the middle to spark plugs or is there a easy way to do it...

Cause im getting misfire in cyl #1 and would like to get these freaking plugs put in...

goofy shit, i mean wtf
