Question Need to find good price on FMIC piping

I have been looking but im sure i can find some alot cheaper than i have found. What piping kit should i get? Should i get the piping that are bent completely like a U and cut them down to go into the FMIC? Hopefully this is one of the last things i need to buy for about 2 weeks

Re: Need to find good price on FMIC piping

I ordered 4 mandrel bent 2.5" U-bends from summit for $80 and did mine. Came out great and I can take pics for you so you can see exactly how it goes. To be honest I only used 3 of the 4 bends

Yeah if you do not mind taking pics. My FMIC is 2.75 you think it would be the same price? Or should i reduce it to 2.5? Have not done alot of research on piping size on what is o big or to small.

Re: Need to find good price on FMIC piping

24x12x3. Sorry guys, I completely forgot about pics today, I was in school from 7am to 9pm with an hour lunch break so I was little swamped. I should have plenty of time tomorrow though. For the record Since I have a 16g my piping is cut to accept a j-pipe and a lowered car. black99gst did a write up on how to do it with a t25 and the way he ran his I couldn't do exactly the same or I would be scrapping my pipe on the ground

Re: Need to find good price on FMIC piping

ebay core pipes from summit and a bov flange from ebay. Total was less than $300 actually it was around $200-$250 Here are some pics

Bov flange and 90* to tb

off the j-pipe around the rad to the left side of the ic

Another shot of the j-pipe

This is a u-bend that I cut short on one side and it connects directly to the pipe coming off the the jpipe

behind the bumper on the left side

tried to get a good shot of the connection
behind the bumper on the right side. Its another u-bend that goes from the ic to a 45* up to the tb

right side of the ic

under the intake

bov and 90*

I hope this helps. If anyone needs anything else let me know

Thanx alot man nice pics. That should help me a little with my own fabrication. The kits are crazy on price. I have spent a shit load of money so far, so every cent saved helps big time!!!! By the way where did you get you oil braided line from? I need the braided line only, because i made my own J-Pipe and flange, it came out sweet!!!

Thanx alot man
