Ok, they did DNA on the whole team (of course, they didn't test the ONE black guy on the team), and none of them matched. So now, the DA is arresting some kids to save face. This whole case is total bullshit. The only mistake these guys made was hiring some skeezy black stripper (hooker?). Why haven't we seen any photos of this chick's supposed injuries? This is nothing more than a witch-hunt. I hope the Duke guys sue the SHIT out the DA's office and the police department.

The guys are innocent and I'll stand by that. It's pathetic this rape shield law that the feminists created where the accused get their life stories and faces misrepresented and plastered across the media. While an accuser doesn't have to. And don't even get me started on Jesse Jackson's worthless ass. I missed who it was, but a black sports commentator from ESPN or something went off on how Jesse Jackson is all about his air time and that's it. I missed where he went off but my jaw literally dropped at how pissed off the guy sounded.

The only person making this case about skin color is Jesse Jackson.

Anyone is welcome to disagree with me, that the way he jumps on anything where there's a white person and colored/black person involved displays a pretty high degree color intolerance on his part, he seems determined to make things about skin color.

They will probably never test that one player though....because the woman said 'it was some white boys' and if they do test the black player, it would turn it into a whole different racist argument.

The DA's response to that was because she identified her alleged attackers as white only so the black player was not tested.

There's now significant evidence (ATM receipts, cab driver, phone records) that one of the guys arrested, who the stripper supposedly gave 100% positive ID on, was NOT EVEN AT THE PARTY AT THE TIME OF THE ALLEGED ATTACK. So, the question is, how can she have ANY credibility now? She was 100% sure that this was one of her attackers, and he wasn't even there.
