2005 grand marquis control unit

Hi
I just bought a 2005 Grand Marquis LS and it has a digital temperature control unit which works just fine ,but the temperature is shown in Fahrenheit and I dont know how to change the display to Celsius.
any help is appericiated

not sure if this will help but on my gm which is a 92 i have the digital gauges so there a button right behind the gear shift on the dash board its rectangle and it changes everything over if this doesnt help i would sugest looking in your manual

I cant find such a switch and I checked the manual couple of times and couldn't find anything about changing units
I'll keep trying
