2000 oldsmobile intrique heating problem 3.5
Actually, I'm not convinced it's a heating problem. The problem is that water runs off the resevoir and the engine isnt even hot according to the temperature gage. I replaced the termostate, added 50/50 coolant and air bled the system thru air bleed valve located on radiator. fans work okay. Can anybody direct me cause I'm just about to give up and take it to a Certified Mechanic. Oh, I usually work on my vehicles and usually am pretty successfull exept for now. Of course, once it throw out the water, then it will overheat if not re-filled.

I'd like to know where the air bleed valve on the engine is........ I've never been able to find it.

I never looked for it and dont know where it's at. I just dropped the car off with a mechanic friend to flush the system out and take care of it. Sorry
