1994 Honda CBR600F2

Ok, so I'm considering buying a 1994 honda, as the title might suggest..

Couple of things I am wondering and hoping I might beable to get answered.

First, whats the average mileage that bikes of this age tend to require lots of maintenance. Like, some cars tend to crap out after 100k miles, and require noticiably more maintenance then they did.

Sencond, The blue book on this bike is 3030.. Whats their typical value? Would getting one of these for less then that a good deal? or pretty standard?

Thanks in advance!

Tom

Edit: I forgot, what would be a pretty average mileage on a bike like this? 5k? 50k? 150k?

3030 is retail blue book which u don't want to buy it at. a good price (mid blue book = retail price + trade in price / 2) is around 2542.5 depending on condition.
