Exclamation 1994 Ninety Eight Regency Elite FWD SC Axel Removal

Ok went to detail my wheel and found out that my outer axel boot was shreaded by the stabilizer bar strut (that little bar that come off the stabilizer and connects to the a-frame). No the lower bushing is gone and it looks like that small bar needs to be replaced but since my boot is shreaded I need to take my axel to a shop to get it rebooted. How would I go about removing the axel and all those componets with out causing more harm than good?

All Info on the Olds:
98 Regency Elite
NO Firm/Soft Suspension Option
Supercarched 3.8L GM Eaton 3800 (Engine Code: L67 I)
Front Wheel Drive
Front Disc Rear Drum
Almost 100K Miles
Maroon in Color (dont know if that helps :P )

Thanks for any help!!!
