1993 GEO Tracker Starting Problem Please Help.
Hello,
I am having some problem with my tracker. Tracker starts up fine but if I turn it off and try to restart it will not start. This happens about every three startups. I thought alternator was bad but I tested the alternator and it is putting out 14V. I also got a new battery. My tracker does not make any noise when I am trying to restart it. My car runs fine, but once I turn it off, it will not start. When I use a 100 amp jumping system, the car will starts right up. We are thinking it mite be the starter solenoid, but I do not know how to test it. Please let me know if you have any ideals.

Hello,
I solved the problem with my car. It was the starter. The starter is going bad and I need to replace it. I just tap it with a hammer and it starts right up. Thank you for looking.
