Suspension Setup

I have a 97 civic ex coupe, what in you opinion is the best possible suspension setup for my car?

Supra, what is your goal? Do you want to handle at the very edge of control? Do you want something that is fun to drive. Do you just want to cruise? Do you just want a 6" drop?

What do you want your suspension to do that is different that what Honda engineered it to do? There is no one best suspension. For most drivers, the best suspension is a stock one (OK, maybe with a 13mm Si rear bar - why they didn't do that is beyond me.)
