Angry 1998 Sierra won't start

1998 Sierra changed the starter but now it won't turn over any suggestions

check all your work, maybe you left the small wire to the solenoid off.
I once got a bad starter right from the store.
a little more info on exactly it does do would help troubleshooting,

It will now start but takes forever if cold and when hot starts right up
