Is the offset for front wheels different then the rear ones?

I have a 01 Z24. Got my wheels today. The rears fit fine. The fronts however the axel sticks out too far barely. Its possible that they sent me 2 wheels of the wrong offset but im wondering is the offset different in the front.

Also would it be different from a standard Cav?

No, on some sets of wheels i have heard of people having this problem. You can cut some of the axle end off with a saw if the center cap dosn't fit on them. WHats your wheels offset?

hmm.... thats on the higher side or the range for j-bodies, but should work. The higher the offset the closer into the wheel well the tire will be, the lower the further out it pushes it. My new ones are 42mm.. Try contacting the wheel distributer and see if they make a longer center cap that would allow for your longer than normal drive shaft end if you don't want to trim yours.

They aren't the safest alternative, you'll have to get your alignment redone after you add them. If you can find a set that keeps the same hub size, thats the best bet. I have no idea where to get them. I personally would just take a grinder and have my way.
