how to clear code
how can i clear code without scanner, I got check engine light on for a O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 . the check engine light came on right after I started van, I just want to make sure its not just tripped when sensor is ok, it only has 58,000 miles V6 02 ram 1500 van. the reading - voltage from sensor is too high for current operating conditions. thought maybe during start it recieved higher than normal voltage and tripped the check engine light, thanx

Re: how to clear code
never mind , just disconnecting the neg. battery cable did it, after reading about GM vehicles having to do several things to get code to clear , figured 02 dodge might be tricky but its not. check engine light hasnt came back on yet either hope its just a fluke.
