Clio 182 Get it into USA??

Hey guys im pretty new here and i love the Clio 182 but i live in the states

Now a couple of days ago i saw a brand new Renault with left driving but it was from Mexico..

Now i was wondering if theres anyway to get it from Mexico and bring it back to the states? I know i would have to do stuff to the engine to make it legal in the states. Does anyone know how much that would cost?
