Exclamation little green clip

I don't know what it's called, but on my car it's a little green piece of plastic. In this pic it's black....what the hell is it and where can I get one?

Re: little green clip

Need a closer pic, but it looks to me like a clip that holds the throttle cable to the linkage on the carb. As for what it's called - have no clue. I'd know for sure if my carb didn't look like it was a junk yard blue light special, but I'm pretty sure that's what you've got circled.

Re: little green clip

On mine (again junk yard blue light special) it's actually a clamp with a screw on it... you can take the whole thing off.

Yeah I had it duct taped for awhile, but it made me nervous so I took it off, lol.

Re: little green clip

That little plastic clip is probably going to be a dealer only item. Try autozone or napa, but I seriously doubt it. I did intake gaskets on an 87 ta, lost one of the metal clips holding the throttle cable to the throttle body. Had to get one from the dealer, took 2 days to get it, cleaned the garage 4 days later and found the damn thing.

Re: little green clip

Don't know what it is called (throttle cable clip!?), but it probably comes on a new throttle cable. Try ebay, I found a few on there for $10 and under, but I don't know what year your Camaro is or I would have posted a link for you.

Re: little green clip

I looked on there too but I don't see any with the clip. It's a 1992.
