need a few mods

I was crusin around the other day and i stopped at a light next to a new toyota camry. He had 4 people in his car and began revving his engine... not one to turn down a race, i rev back and turn up my subs (pumps me up before a race). we take off and im in the lead to start out but as im hittin about 4K in 3rd he pulls away starts pulling away and by the time im in 5th im flat out embarrased.

i went home and looked at the new camry's numbers. i found that he had 192HP. granted thats a whole lot more than my 130HP, but im really upset that my coupe cant take a fully loaded family sedan. ive recently spent quite a bit on my sound system and im pretty pleased with it, however i really need some performance. Since my audio system set me back quite a bit, is there anyone out there who could help me add a few more horsies in a $400 budget ?
