me and electronics dont mix!

k, my car wont start, ive replaced the distributor, and one of my grounds to my block(for the headlight selenoind) had broken off, and i hooked it back up, everytime i turn the key to the on position it blows the fuse for the ecu, and i dont know if its a prob with the ignition in the steering column, or if my computer fried or whut?? i need help and i jus need my 1990 hatchback up and running again. u guys have helped me out so far, so i think sum one might have an answer for me this time too. thanks lil' blue hatch
