National DSM Shootout

How many of you know what the Shootout is? Well, for those of you who don't, the National DSM Shootout is the annual national gathering for DSM owners. It is held in Norwalk Ohio at the Norwalk Race Park. It is hosted by Buschur Racing, which is about 10 minutes away in Wakeman Ohio. The Shootout is this coming weekend, with open racing on the strip on Friday, autocrossing and car show on Saturday, and the actual shootout (drag race competition) on Sunday. I drove up to Ohio this past Friday and am staying with family. I've already been to Summit Racing headquarters, a huge performance store, and a must visit for any car freak who is in north eastern Ohio. I've also already been to Norwalk Race Park and Buschur Racing (buschurracing.com). I love the car scene up here, and have already seen an AC Cobra rep. and some other nice cars. I plan on setting up a site for the Shootout, and for those of you who cannot join us, I'll have plenty of pics. This is also home of Cedar Point, the best rollercoaster park in the world. With around 17 different coasters, and the Millenium Force, which is the tallest coaster and the US and second tallest in the world (310 ft), its a pretty crazy park. I hope some of you can come up (or down) for the 11th annual shootout next year.
