Led Under Door Handles

ive heard and seen some people with GA's that have put LEd's in the door handles on the inside to light them up also i saw one where he had it hooked up to the dome light so that they fade out with it. Im trying to figure out where you would put the leds and how do you hook it up with the dome light so they fade out.

Re: Led Under Door Handles

You can put the leds anywhere you would want them. If i were to do it i would probably try to put them on the outsid edoor handle, but underneathe the handle so it would light it up. As far as the wire hook up, I would assume that all that was done was the wires were tapped into the dome light wiring, and it should automatically dim. with the rest.

Re: Led Under Door Handles

Ya Kidlex01, you could just hook it to the dimmer like the gauges
Hav to run the wires through the rubber boot in the door hinge area.

You are going to be pretty buzzy with all these nods Kidlex01
