future polish, do you spray it on or what?

While on the topic, is it only wise to use car-model polish? I was thinking about using my Meguiar's showroom polish, but it's rather abrasive (caused paint to rub off on my last model). I was thinking if I clearcoat it first, then let it all set for a few weeks, then maybe the paint won't rub off? I'm not the type to spend 7.99 on a 3oz bottle of car model polish!

You can brush on future with no problems, as it is self-levelling. Just watch out for dust and don't brush on too much (make sure to catch runs and drips otherwise they'll dry and look really gummy).

Sure, anything can be sprayed as long as it's 1.) thin enough 2.) no particles that might clog up the airbrush in it. Future comes thin enough to spray straight from the bottle (in my experience). Others thin it with denatured alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, don't know why.
