cylinder head swapping

Hello i am trying to assemble an engine for my 95 chevy blazer. i have an 02 block and plan to put heads from a 95 on it so i can use the 95 fuel injection set up. My question is do i need to change the cam? if i do not change the cam what could possibly happen? Please anyone help me out.
