Im lookin to buy a hyundai tiburon, what kind should i get?? and do you think you guys could maybe tell me some good things and bad things bout it?

well i just got mine about a month ago so i can't give detailed feedback. but as for which one to get i say get at least the GT b/c it comes with the V6. if you get an i4 engine then you'll be slower than all hell. now i'm speakig of the newer ones. you'll be slow b/c the i4 only produces like 138 hp and the car weighs 3000lbs. so acceleration will suck. the V6 has 171hp and 181 torque. and so far i haven't found anything displeasing about the car except for the fact that if its raining you cna't have the window cracked without drips of water going all over your leg and interior. i smoke so thats why i crack my window. and since the door doesn't have an upper frame right above the window you can't even buy wind deflectors for it.

go test drive the 4 and the 6 cyl and get which ever one you like better

stock 4 is no good. yes it can be modded to ride out, but in stock situations the 6 i better. but way more expensive. i have for trade for an suv....03 gtv6

obviously a 6 is gonna be better then a 4 in hp
stock 4 is no good? i can keep up with cars that have bigger engines then mine must be a little bit of good in there

no i'm not hatin. just stating the fact for stock performance wise. stock the i4 just isn't enough power for me at least at take off. i know it can kick some ass when hooked up but i'm talking stock. and i did drive both and of course i liked more power. but gas is a bitch too with prices these days so thats another downfall for the v6.

hehe i just bought a 2k tibby and previously i owned a 91 dodge stealth now the acceleration in lower gears is pretty close in my opinion, granted the torque and hp coming from the stealth is a bit more but i really like my tibby even though i've only had it for about 2 weeks now, i'm all over the net looking up stuff to do, to it, its such a versatile car now it wont push as much as your 3kgt but i dont think people realize what the potential with these are, ....now i just have to get the money to do it all

HAHAHAHAH Look at you guys lol you should just be happy to own a tib lol, my advice would be if you want a gas sipper, buy an I4 and turbo it, if you dont really care and your just looking for a fun car, buy a v6 and if you like power supercharge the hell outta it
