lights for A/C (dash)

I recently installed and CD player on my '90 4runner and after reattaching the dash panels, the lights for the temperature control things do not work. My friend believes I may have blown a fuse. How can I go about replacing these lights?

First start by double checking your work, wiring connections you made.
Because, "it work until you fixed it". If it is a blown fuse it will most likely blow again until you remedy the fault.
