coil pack problem

problem with clio 1.2 on 51 plate...there is power from the coil to 1 and 4 plug but not 2 and 3, changed coil but no change..any ideas, am changing coil again to make sure not faulty but any input will be most welcome

To me this sounds like a couple of your plug leads are faulty. At least, I find that more likely than a new coil suffering the exact same anomaly as the previous one.

Have you tried interchanging the leads between plug 1 and 2 to see if the loss of power follows the lead?
